Ten....OK!!

Now, if I can just keep this up. Hopefully, by next week I'll be able to start my walking again. Between my ankle and my back, August was NOT my month.

I'm not really dieting; I'm more or less just eating when I'm hungry. I am concentrating on fruits, veggies, yogurt and the like. So, sometimes I end up with 5 or 6 small meals and not two or three big ones. I'm also downing the Diet Coke and Crystal Light, so I'm getting lots of fluids. I try to eat nothing at all, after my last meal of the day. I think that is really helping.

Stick with the gym, Daughter! I know you will see an improvement!

I think it's wonderful that all of you are working together to get in shape for the wedding! I need to get back to the Y and get this weight off that I've found over the past two years. Being more sedentary at work and not having to trek across Kent's campus has really not helped! I'm almost back up to my highest weight which was in 8th grade!

Mom2, if you get a craving for chocolate, check out Honey Maid's chocolate graham crackers. REALLY works for the chocolate cravings and they're not all that bad for you! :)

Keep going!!!!
